This Privacy Policy describes how Delta Curve Capital LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit deltacurvecapital.com, contact us, or apply for business financing through us.

We collect information you provide directly to us, including: contact information (name, business name, phone number, email address, mailing address); business information (entity details, time in business, industry, revenue figures); financial information you submit in connection with a funding application (bank statements, government-issued ID, voided checks, and information about existing financing); and owner information required by funding providers (including date of birth and Social Security number). If you visit our website, our hosting provider may collect standard technical data such as IP address and browser type. We do not use advertising trackers.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to: respond to your inquiries; evaluate and package your funding application; submit your application to a limited number of third-party funding providers to obtain financing offers; verify your identity and the information you provide; communicate with you about your application, offers, and our services; comply with legal obligations; and maintain records of our business.

3. How we share information

We share your information only as needed to do the job you hired us for: with funding providers (a limited, matched set; we do not mass-distribute applications) for the purpose of obtaining financing offers; with service providers who work on our behalf (such as document processing, e-signature, telephone, and verification services) under obligations of confidentiality; and as required by law, legal process, or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell your personal information. No mobile telephone numbers or SMS opt-in data are shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Telephone and SMS communications

If you provide your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you regarding your inquiry or application, including with automated technology. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving funding. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help. Calls with our office may be recorded for accuracy and compliance; you will be informed at the start of a recorded call.

5. Data retention

We retain application records for as long as needed to service your file, satisfy funding-provider and legal requirements, and maintain business records, after which they are deleted or destroyed.

6. Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, including limiting access to those who need it and using reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You may contact us at any time to review, correct, or request deletion of the information we hold about you, subject to our legal and contractual retention obligations. Residents of certain states (including California) may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information we have collected and to request its deletion; to exercise these rights, email us at the address below. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights.

8. Children

Our services are for businesses and their owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
